HOTSPY ORGANICS is a premium Indian tea brand created around a simple belief: great tea should feel special, even when it is part of your everyday life.
Small tea and spice growers in India earn the least in a value chain that runs through multiple middlemen, while consumers end up paying the most. Hotspy was built to fix that: by sourcing directly from small gardens and growers, we cut out the middlemen so growers get fair prices for their work and consumers get authentic, high-quality tea at a fair price. Our mission is to strengthen India's rural economy, not just build a brand — bringing fair prices and direct market access to small growers.
We believe that the growth of a premium Indian tea brand should also create meaningful opportunities for the growers behind every leaf. By creating a more direct route to market, HOTSPY ORGANICS aims to support small growers with better market access while building a sustainable connection between India's tea-growing communities and modern consumers.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to empower India's small growers, make them globally competitive, and give them a direct route to market, ultimately benefiting thousands of growers nationally.
We envision building a growing network that connects India's small tea growers with a stronger, more accessible market while creating opportunities for sustainable growth. Currently working with 50 growers, with a target of 1,000 growers within 2 years, expanding across West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Sikkim.
