  1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Opened, tampered with, or improperly sealed
  • Different from the product ordered
  • Missing from your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our customer support email/phone number.

For faster resolution, please provide:

  • Photographs/videos of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  1. Returns

For food and beverage products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases involving damage, tampering, incorrect product delivery, or other verified quality issues.

Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or otherwise altered after delivery will generally not qualify for return or replacement.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will normally be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
